(b) Is instructed to adhere to the updated UK Travel Advisory Guidelines regarding entry requirements and Covid/epidemic/pandemic-relate
(c) Provides consent for our use of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is authorized to disclose personal details on behalf of all individuals included in the booking, including as applicable, special categories of data (such as health conditions, disabilities, and dietary requirements);Ā
(d) Affirms being over 18 years of age at the time of booking and declares that he/she and all members of the party meet the age requirements for purchasing the requested services; andĀ
(e) Accepts financial responsibility for the booking payment on behalf of all persons included in the reservation.Ā
All services provided are subject to availability. Prices are not guaranteed until a ticket is issued. Upon making a booking, the relevant deposit must be submitted as specified. No contractual obligation arises until your booking is accepted and the deposit or full payment is received in cleared funds. Please ensure that names provided correspond exactly with those on the relevant passports.Ā
MINIMUM GROUP SIZE 15: Should the minimum traveler count not be met by the specified release date, the departure will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.
MEDICAL AND TRAVEL INSURANCE
The Travel Experts Ltd. shall not assume responsibility for medical emergencies. It is obligatory for all travelers/group members to possess adequate travel and medical insurance. This insurance must encompass any emergencies, medical conditions, hospitalization, and repatriation, including air ambulance. Travel insurance should also cover missed departures, delays, baggage loss or damage, personal accidents, and cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances/force majeure. It is the traveler’s duty to ensure possession of any prescribed medication necessary for ongoing medical conditions for the entire duration of travel. Any significant medical conditions must be disclosed to The Travel Experts prior to booking any tours. Please note that most tours require walking; hence, it is the client’s responsibility to inform The Travel Experts in writing if there are any mobility challenges or disability requirements of which The Travel Experts should be made aware.
Except as expressly stated in these Booking Conditions, we shall not be liable for any compensation should our contractual obligations to you be affected by “Force Majeure.” For the purposes of these Booking Conditions, “Force Majeure” denotes any event beyond our or our supplier’s control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even with all reasonable measures taken. Examples include warfare, acts of terrorism (or threats thereof), insurrections, civil unrest, serious health risks such as disease outbreaks/pandemics at the travel destination, natural disasters such as floods or earthquakes, or any governmental or national/local authority action. We advise securing comprehensive insurance coverage for such circumstances. By choosing to travel with The Travel Experts Ltd., it is understood that both the Lead Passenger and accompanying travelers agree to these Terms and Conditions in relation to travel/group travel with us.

ITINERARIES:
We aim to adhere to the itineraries outlined in our programs. However, please be advised that The Travel Experts may modify itineraries due to logistical reasons, weather conditions, time constraints, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
GROUP/TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
Flights (when allocated) are non-refundable and non-changeable.
Tour Cancellation (subject to an administrative fee):Ā
– More than 85 days prior to departure = Loss of initial depositĀ
– 65 to 84 days prior to departure = 50% loss of package priceĀ
– 65 days or less prior to departure = 100% loss of package priceĀ
If you experience any issues during your travel, you must promptly inform the appropriate hotel, car rental company, or airline to allow for immediate remedial action. Should you find the resolution unsatisfactory, any complaints must be submitted in writing to The Travel Experts Ltd. no later than fourteen days after the conclusion of your journey as booked with us, regardless of ticket validity; otherwise, the complaint will be considered invalid. Any complaints should be directed in writing within 14 days of your return to The Travel Experts. All matters regarding complaints or refunds should be managed by the principal lead passenger who initially made the booking and payments, consistent with the General Data Protection Regulations.
We have implemented appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of your personal data. Furthermore, access to your personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only. It is prohibited to disclose any personal communication data or telephone numbers of our clients within a group booking without the explicit consent of The Travel Experts.
